You can add a lot of things to it. I'm assuming (and forgive me if I'm wrong) that 'nooch' refers to nutritional yeast? We get 6 meals out of this so it gives us our B vitamins for several days. It works great for when we're working different shifts and need to grab and go and still try to get some nutrition in our diets.
