you might want to get a sprayer attachment for your toilet and toss the turds down the crapper, then spray your cloth diaper and stick it in a disinfectant solution before you wash them.

If water is an issue, there are some people who suggest that disposable diapers (the environmental kind that you can get at some of the more upscale stores like Whole Paycheck) are a better bet.

I read something a while back about people composting the poops and using them in the garden....but I dunno. I just can't wrap my head around that idea, though "night soil" isn't an oddity in Japan...
