When this Regime falls we need to have the will and courage to not follow the rules to create a new America.

That doesn't just include swift harsh punishment for those who did not follow the rule of law, engaged in human rights violations, did not uphold their oath to the constitution -

But ALSO includes rebuilding agencies at a breakneck speed in order to get our governing infrastructure up and running quickly.

This man fits both 'severe punishment' (following orders) and harm to the American people. BTW - I live in NJ. We don't get hurricanes. We get remnants and super storms and they are very destructive. But I know the power of FEMA WHEN it is leveraged correctly.
