1. Hydrogen tends to burn, not explode

Best way to get it to explode is over pressurize a tank.

It's far lighter than air, so the fire tends to go straight up, away from anything/one on the ground. Even the Hindenburg burned instead of exploding. People were able to escape it as the gondola neared the ground. What killed were the non hydrogen components, especially the doped canvas skin and burning gondola.

This is just another illustration of why conservatives are different from us. Their whole thing is "It's kinda new and I don't understand it so I want it gone. Nothing should ever change."

MTG is a liar and a Russian asset, but I repeat myself.
