When it comes to "Renewables," China has its own scale [View all]

Notice how the axis for China is different from the other “markets" (like the US.) In 2023 & 2024, China added almost 10 times as much PV and wind as the US. (Although it is not included in this chart, "The European Union installed around 60 GW of solar PV capacity in 2024, similar to in 2023.”)
