1. These are great crops but w/o innovation can be a big failure for farmers.

Soybeans are no till crops, that farmers used in recycling fields used for growing corn. This means less labor-intensive, they can sow over corn fields that still have silage laying on them. This means faster germination. Labs are always finding new means to improve yields.
