...and still the hydrogen scam funded and promoted by the fossil fuel industry it serves, has done zero to slow or affect in any way the collapse of the planetary atmosphere.

The reason is that the laws of physics, as opposed to marketing, control the atmosphere. The laws of physics in turn are not subject to advertising.
