the new building rep. (Seriously, there only two of us in the group, and the other one has a second job.)
I'm supposed to get my negotiation training in late October, but the board sent me a letter of intent to negotiate in mid-September. I'm trying to get that moved.

If anyone has negotiating pointers, I'm all ears. I'm working on reaching out to the rest of the support staff to see if there are any concerns, or interest in joining the union, so if if you have any selling points, those would be great, too!
