philosophy. She has moved all our investments to 'dividend aristocrats', stocks that have never reduced their dividends, and between stock value growth and dividend reinvestment our portfolio has grown by 8-10% a year.

When we retire we will simply cash out the dividends and combine them with Social Security leaving the principal alone.
