2. Hands free is important, I think.

You can get a headset for a landline or a cell phone. I was actually getting pretty bad interference on my cell phone, but they didn't seem to care. Ideally I'd test to make sure the connection is perfect. But anyway preparing and having lots of notes to reference, both hands available to flip through the notes, and write things down is important, IMO. Since they are at work, they are accustomed to people who also seem to focused on the same types of things, I think
