The supreme court just ruled that although public officials could not take bribes, they could take "tips".
A month or so ago in Las Vegas Trump said he thought that tips should not be taxable.
Rick Scott and Ted Cruz introduced an act to make tips non-taxable.

It may be a coincidence, I'm one of those people who thinks that our oiligarchs really do get together behind closed doors to run things the way they want.
