About their experiences during the strike and all but one person expressed their support for the union. I know for a fact that our member/patients are putting blame on the management because they come out and tell us so.

We go back to work on Saturday without a contract, but negotiations are continuing and we are getting closer and closer. If we go another couple of weeks w/o a contract, there will be another LONGER strike. This is costing the organization so much money. Doesn't make any sense, really.
