6. Being debt free works for me.

Last car payment was in 1982 and I’m in my 3rd payed for home. I’m 76 and looking at 10 to 14 years to go if I live as long as my parents. Really could spend some down traveling in the next few years. Even with current gas prices, just not as far and overseas isn’t looking to good now. Never been to the far East and that might be on a bucket list.
