So I experienced it less than fathers of daughters do, but I got the stink eye many times waiting outside my son's kindergarten classroom.
School admins give special attention to dad's background check forms. They made it very clear that I couldn't volunteer until they had one on file for me (each year). My wife? "Oh yeah, I suppose we need one from you too."
