But that's largely because distribution was very minimal; over the four weeks it was actually playing in theaters, it had 118 screens total. Which is very, very small considering you often have several big films playing at 3000+ screens each.

I haven't seen this yet but it's on my to-see list.

Atom Egoyan makes some fantastic films. Been a fan of his since Sweet Hereafter and Exotica. Chloe pairs Seyfried with Julianne Moore, which is fantastic.
