can reduce inhibitions. The question becomes at what point does that reduced inhibition become inability to withhold consent. Or something like that.
If we define rape as sex without consent, we're getting into some really deep ethical and legal waters here if we keep digging in this direction. Especially since men are not always the aggressors or initiators in drunken sex.

Good post. There is some ambiguity there, but arguably there shouldn't be - when in doubt, don't.

I guess it depends, in part, on what you mean by "drunk," but generally I would say yes.
