What I also saw as very good was the many many times that he credits Obama and is entirely clear that the policy - even if it was something he worked his heart out for - was something that President Obama took the risk politically for and it comes clear that he is genuinely honored by the latitude Obama has given him. That and his unwillingness to join some of the others who are already positioning themselves as to what they advised Obama to do. (Note - not speaking of Clinton, she is out of office and obviously should be clarifying what her own foreign policy would have been. )

I really look forward to the book he intends to write -- as I am sure everyone does. If it is similar to the speeches and interviews he has given, I would imagine that it should be very insightful, positive and inspiring --- and nothing like many other books whose main goal was to elevate the author.
