I love humous although it's a little bit bland - so I add some spices. to make it perfect for me.

You're welcome, Cha. I hope you'll have a look at the link I've posted in a post just under yours where you can get the Calve or Remia brand garlic sauce and the spices for shawarma {the Dutch call it "shoarma"}. It lasts a long time.
