This thread had reminded me that we haven't had any shawarma since, well, a long time, so that's what we're having for dinner tonight! My daughter is overjoyed.

Chicken and lamb. I LOVE lamb for shawarma {the original shawarma uses goat meat} because it gives it that exotic taste. My husband and daughter both love chicken for shawarma. I avoid using turkey because the last time I used it, everyone falls asleep not long after consuming it. lol
