Comey and the FBI are just angry at Clinton for showing that the FBI (and all the other agencies) suck at cyber security. Clinton brilliantly uses a private server to protect state secrets, while the entire SOS network has been hacked and can be seen on wikileaks. She made them look foolish and incompetent by protecitng secrets better than the US government. Clinton is definitely Presidential material.
