I haven't been blocked from this group, which I sincerely appreciate, even after I posted something that could be construed as negative about Secretary Clinton a few months ago (I apologized to my friend Cha because I didn't realize I was in this group until they pointed it out).

I hope to be a positive contributor to this group, after the convention and into the GE. Yes, the nomination process is all-but-over, and my candidate has not prevailed. That is not to say I think he should go away just yet. I still believe in his message and his inclusion in the process has only strengthened Secretary Clinton. I am not a dead ender. I'm a pragmatist, and an idealist, both by my core nature (the inner conflict kicks my ass from time to time ).

In 2004, I was a Governor Dean supporter, then a Secretary Kerry supporter. In 2008, I was a Vice President Biden supporter (we're related - his late wife Neilia was my 2nd cousin) and then a President Obama supporter after the Vice President dropped out. Of course, I was a President Obama supporter in 2012. Now, I'm a Senator Sanders supporter and will be until Secretary Clinton officially gets the nomination.

Inter-party politics is not something I feel THAT emotionally bound to. Like I said before, at the end of the day, we all ALL on the SAME side!

(on edit: I have cast 4 votes for President and Secretary Clinton in my lifetime - 2 for the President and 2 for the Secretary - for US Senator of NY. I have never voted against them - I didn't vote in the 2008 primary because of a health issue at the time)
