I don't see him as presidential, and I don't see him as an effective "attack dog" against Trump. Paul Ryan didn't know what hit him, when he debated Biden. Even if Hillary doesn't choose Elizabeth Warren, she needs someone with the intelligence and "fight" of Elizabeth Warren. That could be hard to find.
