Starting from "Who gives a shit!" - all the way to the same creative speculation and innuendo we see in the vile narratives regarding emails, Clinton Foundation, and all the other ridiculous fictions.

This is mudslinging - and some might give it a shot to see what sticks with a constituency. In this case, righteous rightwing reactionaries.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump doesn't pick up on this, and innocently trot it out.
