on all levels of Gov't is crucial for a healthy, progressive United States. Otherwise, it's only stonewalling, stonewalling, stonewalling - all on the taxpayer's dime.

Gov't only doesn't work when Republicans are in control of it. California showed the United States what can be achieved when you have Democrats controlling the highest levels of State gov't. Tennessee and other Republican-controlled States show why these States can't move forward economically unless heavily funded by the very big government they demonize day in, day out.
