What works for Bernie in Vermont definitely doesn't work in Alabama.

Most politicians don't get 50 years for some kind of validation of youthful idealism and ideological rigidity. It must be intoxicating.

However, anyone who thinks this country is ready for 'a leftist turn' just isn't paying attention.

Explains why Bernie is in 3rd place and the right nominated a 'corrupt billionaire.' Why we have to fight to elect a 'centrist' to hold onto the meager gains we have made, even after establishing a Republican model of affordable heath insurance coverage.
