35. Love how he speaks truth to power to the responsibilities of citizenship

It's a recurring theme in President Obama's speeches as of late, and something that has been neglected by political leaders for far too long.

If these OH graduates are like the interns and new folks going to work in my office, we're in good hands. The young people entering the workforce (I feel so old saying that) inspire me with their creativity, expressiveness and sense of social responsibility. I've been out of college for about 20 years now, and am somewhat envious that I'm not part of the discussions taking place in classrooms about civil rights and how our country is transforming into something new and exciting.

And someone who has a lot to do with that is our President. I think most college graduates are smart enough to see through the cynicism and view government as something that belongs to all of us. President Obama mobilized students like no other president before him, and he stood by his commitment to change the structure of student loans and make college more accessible. They will not forget that.
