6. But can we get the turnout?

You know how it works in the midterms. The Democratic coalition that comes out during presidential election years (particularly the last two presidential elections) just doesn't turn up for midterms, which is so damn frustrating because one can easily see that its more than just the President to pass the kind of agenda that needs to be passed. How do we get our side out in the midterms to combat the older and mostly Republican voting bloc that votes in the midterms?
