2. so where is the legislation to ensure all americans have equal voting rights in federal elections???

proposed by dems/obama and introduced in the senate, then used as a massive hammer against republicans?

ya know, those pesky things like equal voting hours across the nation (this is federal remember), equal voting machines, equal number of available ballots, early voting opportunities for all, not just in lily white repubican precincts.

first dems need to act like they give a crap, then act as if it can be done, then do it.
