I think it was a pretty good outcome from the WH poiint of view. Dunno how he did it but he got it done. Well, almost, but at least it's not DOA, and TAA is coming back around the bend next week, so eventually TPA will pass, meaning eventually TPP will pass, probably around Christmas, just in the nick of time before election season heats up LOL.
