use the 14th amendment to take the wind out of their sails, but good. After researching it, I can see why it would be too complicated to.
Other than that, he isn't in a position to do much. And knowing that, it gets me how some complain that it's his fault for things he has NO control over. What do they expect him to do, for crying out loud??!?

I ache for Obama, knowing how frustrated he must feel over their garbage and unable to do anything to stop them.
