6. I have a grandfathered Blue Shield plan here in CA, and get free preventive care.

All my preventative care is now covered 100% with no co-pays; everything ftom flu shots to colonoscopies. I don't know if it's because of CA law or Blue Shield's decision to do the right thing, but they appear to be complying with the ACA.
