"Washington -- The White House confirmed today that President Barack Obama plans to end the first day of his Upstate New York bus tour by staying overnight in Auburn.

The Auburn visit has been widely speculated, with reports of street closings in the city and a large security presence in recent days.

But White House officials did not confirm a Post-Standard report that the president will likely stop at the Harriet Tubman Home and Seward House Museum in Auburn for an unannounced visit."
