From fifteen to fifty five percent, depending upon which insurer you are discussing.

Not very affordable, and it will have glitches galore for the crowd that makes between 17K and 42 K annually.

For more indigent people, Anthem is in charge of the California exchange. They are notorious with telling patients that the doctors must submit paperwork so payment might be made, while they tell doctors that the patient must do it.
