Snowden wrote his application for asylum to Russia in longhand in his own handwriting to Putin, but he would NOT promise to stop leaking out information, according to the Russian attorney who is advising Snowden.

So, now it is up to Putin what he will do next.
I don't think this is going to go on much longer.
Snowden's attorney said that he expects Snowden to leave the Russian airport within the next week.

Well, duh!
