2. Warnock is not going to get above 50 percent of the popular vote in 11/2022.

In GA, if no one gets above 50 percent of the popular vote in November. The 1st and 2nd place finishers have to compete again in January. This is what happened in both GA US Senate races in 2022.

Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff officially won in the December/January runoff.
