3. And no serious Democratic prospects...

For any of the constitutional and Congressional offices.

Dustin McDaniels and Bill Halter were our last hope with decent future. Beebe was pretty solid in his time, although he wasn't much of an ideologue to inspire for the future.

Senator Bozeman should be absolutely beatable. He has 0 charisma and is a classic backbencher in the Senate. For all its flaws and warts, Arkansas has sent some great Senators to DC. We need a top-notched, well-funded, left-of-center candidate to send Dr. Bozeman back to doing eye exams. My vote would be former Governor Mike Beebe. He'd be 75, so not ideal age-wise, but he is the Dem with them most name recognition.

I'm not married to Beebe and am curious about other names. I'm not interested in some 26 year old wunderkind in the Senate, a POC county judge somewhere, or some former Congressional staffer who graduated from Princeton moving back to Arkansas after 14 years with hopes of playing for an office so they escape back to DC.
