Yes, we do have a 3 week window, and what I've planned to do is to obtain the information as described. Persons will join me who are savvy. I think we have to ask for this information as a group of candidates and I know it's at the county level where we start.

I'm glad you called out the task of getting in touch with something like voter watch, et al. That's a good place to talk about HOW likely it is to have this happen. The main question is evidence elsewhere when one examines the electronic trick of flipping numbers.

It's the tampering question I'm wondering about. I'm willing to concede if I lost if it's a fair loss.
