having to do with closing safari altogether. But the sure fire solution seamed to be a reboot. (Hold the home button and start button at same time)

This IS a glitch with iO6. And Apple has had problems re modem connectivity among others with the upgrade from devices with predecessor versions. Apple needs to NOT do this again. Get the software right before the release. Microsoft fanboys waiting to pounce and it will tarnish a good reputation if it continues........
