8. After I spent a stressful afternoon and evening trying to follow on line instructions,

I gave up! In the morning I went to the Apple store and every store member was busy with a customer buying a new phone. It was also Give Away Tuesday so folks were waiting to get their free gifts. Eventually after aabout 40 miniutes one of the techs helped me out, Within 30 seconds she had restored my calenadar. I was soooo relieved I asked her if I could give her a hug she said sure, so she got a huge hug from a very relieved person.
