Landline. Not much to go on. Sounds like a new voice dialer, keeps repeating my name, then hangs up. I don't have caller ID.

There's another one that's been going on about 8-10 years. Calls 2-3 times a month. If I don't say anything it hangs up. If I do, I get routed to LE benevolent association, also automated, but I think the original came from solar panel install telemarketing. Same voice dialer.

I plan to disconnect the phone. This is annoying. I don't want to just change the number, it is so much work to change your number everywhere.
