Try making liberal use of the 'Not Interested' option.

Hover your cursor over the title of the vid, just below the picture. There will appear three little black dots at the right hand side. Click the dots and you get a few hidden options. Eventually (it takes a long time...) the site will stop dishing up stuff you don't want to watch, if you're patient enough.
