6. I will look into this. My kid is on the computer now, and my Chromebook can't open *.bin files...

...for some reason. I'll see if my PC can show it. It's probably just a text file.

There are plenty of WiFi addresses available. His old phone went on the WiFi okay, and he's stopped using that one in favor of the S20.

He successfully used his school's WiFi to update his phone without crashing their system.

I'm sure it's his new phone. No doubt about that. The network data idea is interesting. I'll have to try that.
