2. Copy the URL of the image, open a new tab in the browser, paste the URL and hit Enter...

Now you will see the image and nothing but the image. Right-click on it and save.

However, this does not work with all images. Some websites know sneaky ways to sabotage that and protect their images from theft. Sometimes you can get around that (it's tricky, not gonna get into details), sometimes you can't.
