11. Free Studio 5 is an excellent choice

I use it on all my Windows machines. Its a package that has around 50 or so audio/video conversion tools that integrate quite well into your browser. Lots of options too you can tweak. Very clean running.

You can also just install their standalone youtube to mp3 converter if you don't want the whole package.

A couple caveats. Opt out of the install of yet another toolbar, other free software or change search/homepage settings. Don't opt to pay for the sooper dooper PRO version. Free is good enough.
