WIFI all the time. As far as I am concerned their customer support is garbage, and they would not replace the network card under warranty. In fact they were more interested in selling me an extended warranty then addressing my problem under my current warranty. What I finally did was buy a USB WIFI card, and haven't had an issue since.

My suggestion is if you are still under warranty, call the place you bought it from, or Dell customer support, and see what they can do for you. I hope your experience is better than mine.

If you are out of warranty, you can go to the Dell support site and see if you are up to date on all your drivers, and see if that resolves the issue.

You can also Google your issue, and see if their are any hits with others who have experienced your problem, and what they did to fix it.

As a final option you can also go to a reliable local computer repair place, and see what they would charge for diagnostics, unless you feel comfortable to troubleshoot yourself
