1. The latest I read is he will be heading to Windsor but Meghan will stay behind.

There's a (I think) 10 day quarantine period, but if you test clean after 5, you can be released. Also there might be some diplomatic strings that could be pulled. No doubt most of the Royals have received the vaccine. Perhaps he has, too. Who knows.
