I have noticed that some stores (Real CDN superstore is worst) that they put Canadian made items on the bottom shelves because they want them to pay extra to show them in prime areas on their shelves. This has stopped me from even shopping there now, except for the very odd item. I shop where they showcase Canadian made, unfortunately for us in the West there seems to be less choices.
