I have been pleasantly surprised at how much Canadian product is available and what little I can't get that is Canadian I look for European or Central or South American when it comes to oranges, etc.

The stores have made it much easier over time as more and more of them are marking their shelves with the stickers, I still double check though as some have been found to be misleading as to Canadian content.
