If she's getting substitution notices regularly it means local lawyers don't trust the way she handles trials. In WI you can ask to substitute another judge after a case has been assigned without stating a reason (same rule in MN, don't remember ever using it). Problem is that once you've filed that notice on a shitty judge you'll have to do it every time they're assigned to your case, but if the judge is enough of a problem it's probably necessary. I wonder what kind of stuff she's done that she's had so many substitution notices.
