This is getting ridiculous with everyone so "sure" Johnson will change his mind. He's not changing his mind. The bill that passed the House will definitely be changed in order to pass the Senate. Until we know what the final bill looks like they settle on in order to get the necessary 50 votes, no one can know what many Republicans in the Senate will do.

I can guarantee 100% that changes will be made, so It is 100% certain that Johnson will NOT vote on the bill as currently written (neither will anyone else) because it will not be brought up for a vote until changes are made.
